Scholarship applications for The World Indigenous Peoples' Conference on Viral Hepatitis are now open

The World Indigenous Peoples’ Conference on Viral Hepatitis is being held 14 – 16 September 2014 at the Alice Springs Convention Centre, Alice Springs.

The purpose of the scholarship programme is to support the attendance of individuals who are most able to transfer the skills and knowledge acquired at the conference to the work they undertake in their own organisations and communities and who otherwise would not have the opportunity to attend the conference.

There are limited number of contestable scholarships available for:

  • Australian Aboriginal and Torres-Strait Islands’ Peoples and New Zealand Maori
  • Indigenous Peoples from Australasia and the Pacific Islands, New Zealand, Fiji etc
  • Indigenous Peoples from other parts of the World: including the Americas, Asia and India, Europe, the Circumpolar Region, Africa, and Islands and Territories.
